The use of Prepared foods can save business costs and its standard of production is unified,which in the catering industry increased year by year.Prepared foods is transported and stored in cold chain;cold chain logistics of food storage and food transportation is the key factor affecting the quality of food.In this paper,based on the technology of sensor,PC host computer,wireless transmission and remote terminal monitoring,a cold chain monitoring system is developed.In the cold chain storage system,the monitoring system based on distributed acquisition is designed;in the cold chain transportation,a remote terminal monitoring system based on cloud service is designed.The purpose of the whole process of cold chain logistics information detection and monitoring visualization is achieved.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The main environmental parameters affecting the quality of food in cold chain logistics are analyzed,the temperature,humidity,carbon dioxide and light detection sensor were chosen,the detection device based on single-chip microcomputer C8051F380 design;put forward the overall scheme of cold chain environmental monitoring system based on Internet of things,the structure of hardware and software to establish the system,the function design of each component of the system is completed.(2)In the storage cold chain,using the distributed monitoring mode,using the RS-485 bus to a plurality of test equipment connected to the PC terminal;using VB.NET technology in Visual Studio 2010 development platform,the development of the PC monitoring software.The upper computer software security login and exit,data displaying and data curve drawing,locking historical data and alarm functions are achieved.(3)In the cold chain transportation,combined with GPS and sensor and wireless communication technology,the paper puts forward the overall plan of cold chain transport vehicle terminal design environment;Achieve the transport vehicle GPS positioning,further development in the ESP8266 wireless transmission module,the transparent transmission function,the requirement of setting parameters on mobile terminal and detecting data in real time can be realized.(4)A remote terminal monitoring platform based on B/S is developed.Ali cloud server is configured,set up the time series database of Influx dB and Grafana front-end display system management platform interface;embedded Google map and can display the real-time location of equipment,realize the cold chain system remote monitoring terminal.The research results for the related information real-time acquisition of the cold chain system,safe and reliable data transmission,intelligent monitoring and management provides a set of practical solutions,has a certain theoretical value and application prospect.
