Corporation strategy is what makes a series of momentous and long-term decisions andactions to build up competitive advantage in the process of corporation’s adjusting andmaking use of the changing environment. Restructuring aims at adjusting to the external andinternal environment through allocating resources and setting up targets. GS Corporation, as acompany with20years history, once created brilliant achievement in manufacturing andexporting garden instruments. But as time passed by, GS Corporation failed in changing itsstrategy based on the development of society and technology, which resulted in three yearslosses in a row.Using the theory of strategy management, corporate governance, competiveness andcorporate recombination, this article will finally make new strategy for GS Corporation torecombine and get out of the dilemma. The first part of this paper will analyze the externaland internal environment. After that, this paper comes up with the conclusion that thecorporation should set new strategy, which focuses on integrating resources to restructure, andthen introduce in new marketing and management models to get the corporation out ofdilemma.Using the SWOT methods and the restructuring theory, this paper sets up restructuringprogram for the corporation. Through restructuring business and stock equity, the corporationallocation resources and solve the problems finally.This paper makes new restructuring strategy for the corporation. It is inevitable forcorporation to face to setbacks and difficulties in the process of development, even in thebrink of despair. So in order to build up its own competiveness, corporations should reallocatethe resource in the company or between the companies. And recombination is what makes thisway work. This paper makes the strategy that GS Corporation should contact landscapingproject to integrate resources and combine, and finally get out of the dilemma.
