And by consulting the relevant literature and learning from the domestic and international success stories of the rapid development of gardening industry towns, combining with the actual situation of indemnity town to provide strategies and measures for the upgrade of the gardening industry in Mishi town.1. The Mishi town has five characteristic agricultural industries, like quality grain, cotton, oil industries, as well as high-quality fruits and vegetables industry. Agricultural products exported to16provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government like Shanghai, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and loved by the public. Mishi town has fruit acreage of1000hm2, citrus acreage of392.7hm2; vegetable cultivation area of1200hm2, melon acreage of533.3hm2, flowers, ornamental plants and other horticultural crops acreage of140hm2. Gardening industry in Mishi town had mostly increased the agricultural facilities and established professional production greenhouses. At present, the town has established4100gardening professional production greenhouse involving1700grapes planted greenhouses,1750anti-season vegetable growing greenhouses and other650production greenhouses.2. The gardening industry in Mishi town there are some problems in the development process. For example the investment costs of gardening industry and the financial pressure to be born in the town are high; production facilities are poor, crops’ abilities to withstand natural disasters are weak; products’ quality and safety have a certain problem; farmers and agricultural officers lack gardening technical knowledge, and the town lacks professionals; product market locates sufficiently sophisticated and sales channels are too narrow; product storage and processing methods are backward and added value are low; There is a traditional extensive farming and cultivation and branding effect is low.3. As the gardening industry development of the town, this paper will put forward the following countermeasures and measures.(1)Reasonable industrial layout and comprehensively planning.
