Enterprise Resource Planning has been a powerful management tools to cutdown running costs and improve economic benefits in businesses, by constructingsmooth information flow through integrating all kinds of information in one, such asthe information about sale, inventory, procurement, manufacture, finance, andhuman capital, etc. As ERP implementation is booming in small and mediumenterprises in recent years, there are still many risky elements causing unsatisfactoryresults.On the basis of reviewing cultures and the case analysis of implementationproject, the critical influential factors and the factors evaluating projectachievements are put forward from the point of system theory. And a model isconstructed including6first level independent variables, which is specified to13second level independent variables,and2dependent variables. Then,the measuringtable for every variable is developed, also the questionnaire.In this case study, the object is the project implementing Kingdee K/3incompany DH. The consultant is Guangzhou Branch of Kingdee Software Group, andthere are38participants from DH in this project, who are the audiences of sendingquestionnaires, and33copies are effective. SPSS19.0is the tool used to doregression analysis. For the2dependent variables, use the6first level factors to domultiple linear regression analysis and use the13level factors to do single linearregression analysisseparately.
