In the21st century, Information construction is the only way for enterprises to improve market competitiveness and Enterprise Resource Planning. Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP was combined with advanced management thoughts and information platform of IT technology, can effectively integrate the Enterprise inside and outside resources and improve the information level of Enterprise. As a result, more and more enterprises choose to join the implementation of the ERP system. High failure rate of ERP implementation, however, has hindered the enterprise information construction process. In order to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises, Academic circles set off a boom of researching ERP implementation critical success factors. On the basis of literature review, this article has discovered the existing literature research mainly focus on reorganization of critical success factors of manufacturing industry of ERP implementation and the lack of research which based on Business Process Management (Business Process Management, BPM) perspective of the logistics industry key success factors of ERP implementation. Therefore, in this paper, the main body of logistics enterprises-transport logistics enterprises as the research background, with BPM as a research perspective discusses the enterprise ERP implementation critical success factors. In the review of relevant theories of ERP and BPM, analysis type transport logistics enterprises operating characteristics, business processes, and the demand characteristics of the ERP system on the basis of this article will enterprise outsourcing the BPM in the process of ERP system implementation is divided into process description, analysis, optimization, curing implementation and continuous improvement five stages. Identify stages affect logistics enterprise transport eight key success factors of ERP implementation, identify core processes, ERP selection, ERP secondary development, BPR, process standardization, user training, process evaluation, process optimization. On this basis was proposed based on BPM perspective of transport logistics enterprise ERP implementation critical success factors model. Through the case analysis some transportation logistics enterprise-A critical success factors for ERP project implementation, validation of the theoretical model proposed in this paper.
