Differences In Inner Mongolia Agricultural Credit To The Contribution Of The Regional Agricultural Economic Growth

Agricultural credit is the main source of funds as a tool to promote agricultural economic increase, the energy of agriculture credit will directly influence the agricultural economy development in Inner Mongolia, to study the agricultural credit and its efficiency for government to formulate the policy of agricultural credit is very significant.This article first use standard deviation, variation coefficient, tin of Inner Mongolia’s coefficient GeMengShi agricultural economy and the development level of agricultural credit on the level difference analysis, the results showed that agricultural credit in most of the region in Inner Mongolia make an significant difference on regional agricultural economySecondly, based on the linear model using the implication of three groups respectively the analysis of the data to study agricultural credit supply of agricultural economic growth efficiency, found that the regional agricultural credit in most of the city have significant influences on agricultural economic, and there have some differences. Three sets of data regression results reflect that the elasticity of agricultural credit is consistent basicly, on the first set of data with higher elasticity of agricultural credit,the second group of data lie on media, and the third group of agricultural credit make the lest elasticity. From the third set of data, the agricultural credit elasticity of huhhot,baotou, erdos, Hulunbeier is higher; XingAn,tongliao,chifeng, XiLinGuoLe, wulanchabu, BaYanNaoEr make a general level; And ALaShan as well as Wuhai are smaller in agricultural credit elasticity. The agricultural credit greater elasticity of central and east area is higher, and the western area is smaller. Totally,the difference of the supply of agricultural credit make an obvious regional difference on agricultural economic growth in Inner Mongolia based on the different natural geography and social economic conditions.Finally, according to the conclusions, the paper advises to reduce the difference of Agricultural credit in order to improve the production efficiency of agriculture.
