Research On The Lmpact Of Agricultural Credit Efficiency On The High-quality Development Of Agricultural Economy

Now years,China places a lot of importance on "three agriculture" problems,and its policies and resources are constantly leaning in that direction,the overall financing condition of our rural area,farmers’ living standards have been improved.At present,the western region,especially the poor areas,the problem of agricultural financing is still prominent,the imbalance of regional economic development intensifies the profit-driven flow of resources,resulting in regional differences in agricultural credit levels.We should also take care of the low efficiency of agricultural credit behind the resource tilt,which shows that we only pay attention to the breadth and depth of agricultural credit financing is far from enough.How to move towards the fast track of high quality economic development has become a hot subject of discussion since the proposal of the new growth mode of high quality economic development.A current focus of study is how to maximize the use of the limited resources,continuously improve the allocation of agricultural credit,increase the effectiveness of the use of agricultural credit,and better support the high-quality growth of the agricultural economy.In order to better aid in the development of the agricultural economy,this study creates a comprehensive assessment index system for the effectiveness of agricultural financing and high-quality growth of the agricultural sector.Moreover,it systematically confirms how agricultural financing supports agriculture.The initial step in this article’s analysis of the pertinent literature was to determine how agricultural loan efficiency affected the high-quality growth of the agricultural sector After that,the research substance of this study was further elucidated.The relevant concepts are clearly defined,the statistical caliber of agricultural credit is clarified,the multidimensional evaluation index system of agricultural credit efficiency and the high-quality development of agricultural economy is set up.From a temporal and geographic standpoint,the discrepancies in regional development levels are compared and examined.Based on the theoretical analysis,the impact of agricultural credit efficiency on the high-quality growth of the agricultural economy was empirically tested using panel data from 31 provinces from 2011 to 2020.It also looked at how inclusive finance may improve the efficiency of financing to agriculture and the high-quality expansion of the agricultural industry.The research found that:(1)agricultural credit efficiency and high-quality development level of agricultural economy increased year by year in our provinces.The comprehensive score of the four economic regions is directly proportional to the economic volume,and there are significant differences among different provinces and regions.(2)The improvement of agricultural credit efficiency significantly promoted the high-quality development of agricultural economy.However,there exists significant regional heterogeneity between agricultural credit efficiency and agricultural economic high quality development in different regions.(3)The growth of inclusive finance increases the importance of improving agricultural credit efficiency in fostering the high-quality development of the agricultural economy.Relevant policy recommendations are made in order to increase regional agricultural credit efficiency and support the growth of high governance of the agricultural sector on the basis of the findings of the aforementioned research and empirical test.
