Based On Green Supply Chain Forestry Timber Logistics Operation Mode Research

The development of forestry industry has gradually got rid of the extensive management and turned to the refined management mode. Since the concept of supply chain was born, the forestry also should have considered from the green forestry supply chain. At present, the government and other relevant departments have promoted the environmental protection, ecological protection, the maximization of social benefits, therefore the concept of green also needs to be introduced to the supply chain. Forestry industry is a special industry, which has the protecting the ecological environment, purifying air function and so on, so we can put the ecological environment of forestry supply chain as an endogenous variable to study, and the paper also studies the forestry green supply chain.The forestry gre en supply chain promotes forestry resource chain, ecological chain, value chain symbiotic green, three chains harmonious coexistence, and plays commonly forestry economic value, ecological value and social value. The green supply chain contains forest products logistics, capital flow, information flow and knowledge flow, and the logistics plays a large part in the supply chain, which has played a decisive role to realize economic benefit. Therefore, we are necessary to study the operation of the logistics system that can bring about the maximal forestry benefit under the new idea. In a wide variety of products, we will choose the major class of wood fores t products as the research object, and research the timber logistics operation mode.This paper mainly adopts normative research and empirical research methods, from wood materials procurement, inventory module and scrap wood, scrap recycling module to do the optimization research. It studys the timber logistics operation mode optimizing research to play the benefits of forestry in the logistics process better, in order to realize the sustainable development of the economic benefits of forestry, ecological benefit. On this basis, it also analysis tentatively the imperfection factors in current forestry system.
