Research On Green Supply Chain Operation Mode Based On Grounded Theory

The research and development of green supply chain has complied with the severe situation that the contradiction among the three aspects of economic development,resource utilization and environmental protection has been intensified in the world,and now it has entered a period of rapid development.In the modern enterprise management,more and more enterprises have joined the ranks of the practice winning of green supply chain,which is a kind of new idea that the sustainable development become an important way for enterprises to obtain the key competitive advantages.Meanwhile,the study of green supply chain is more and more influenced by the government,enterprises and academic circles.At present,the different scholars in the world have explored the green supply chain from different perspectives,and acquired abundant achievements covering the different aspects of green supply chain theory,technology and application.However,these research results in the green supply chain operation mode have not formed the unified definition and the theoretical system generally accepted.Therefore,this paper argues that efforts should be made to build and improve the operation mode efficiency of green supply chain under such circumstances,with a view to providing strong decision-making support for green supply chain management in all walks of life.This paper innovatively discusses the whole mechanism of green supply chain operation mode by using grounded theory and constructs the theoretical model of green supply chain operation mode.The specific ideas are arranged as follows: Aiming at the abstract complex process of green supply chain operation mechanism,the grounded theory is taken as the foundation,and then the modern scientific metrology tools of Citespace V5.0.R5.SE is used to cluster a large number of scientific literature data related to green supply chain.Through the hierarchical repeated collation and analysis,the main category of green supply chain and its logical relations can be extracted from the encoded results.Next,we build up the core category for the universal theoretical model of green supply chain operation mode.Delphi method is used to evaluate the rationality for the constructed model.Finally,taking the actual enterprise as an example,the paper illustrates how the model theory of green supply chain operation mode guides an enterprise to improve its operation efficiency and put forward some suggestions for it,thus proving the applicability of the theoretical model.This research enriches the research perspective of green supply chain operation mode,and also provides some help and reference for the enterprises to improve the green supply chain operation management.
