Analysis Of The Benefit Mechanism Of Farmers’ Specialized Cooperative In Our Country

Farmers’ specialized cooperative is the product of China’s rural market reformand farmers’ organizations system innovation. Increasing own interests ofstakeholders through the cooperation is motivations and goals of this innovation,therefore, the key to the development of specialized farmer cooperatives is toestablish a sound and reasonable the benefit mechanism of coupling and distribution,and to build up a economic Community with members to share the benefit and therisk.To establish a good mechanism mentioned above, this paper takes the situationof Shandong Linqu county for example, through approaches including questionnaires,theoretical analysis and empirical research, reveals the constituent elements andformation mechanism of farmers’ specialized cooperatives, analyzes the status,problems and influencing factors of its interests mechanisms to advise general ideas,specific programs and suggestions to promote the standardization, quality andfunction of the farmers’ specialized cooperatives. This study has important theoreticaland practical significance for sustained and stable development of farmers’specialized cooperatives and agricultural efficiency and farmers’ income, andimprovement of agricultural competitiveness in our country.
