The building and running involves many interest subjects, so, the benefit coupling mechanism is the core content of the running mechanism, which plays an important role in balancing the interest relation, promoting the development of Farmers’ specialized cooperative economic organization, activating farmers’ enthusiasm, so,this problem is value to study. Sichuan is the underdeveloped area and may agriculture province. The healthy development of Farmers’specialized cooperative economic organization has far-reaching significance.This study rely on the basis of system vicissitude theory, social theory, property theory, stakeholder theory, aiming at different kinds of Farmers’ specialized cooperative economic organization, to study the problem of benefit coupling mechanism. From macro to micro, using the quantitative and qualitative methods, the framework of the study has been constructed.
