The Economic Analysis Of Chinese Private Entrepreneur’s Entrepreneurial Behavior

Since the1980s, China emerged a large number of successful private entrepreneurs along with the improving of Chinese economy level and the relaxing of government policy in private economicsector. Through their entrepreneurial process and individual characteristics we find thatthese entrepreneurs don’t have much capital used for entrepreneurship, the so-called "from scratch". But further exploration, it is found that these people have outstanding ability in management or technology,so-called "Capability man".This group people rise up China’s private economic development tide. By now private economy has become a key factor to decided China’s economic development and private enterprise entrepreneurial behavior determines a country’s economic development potentialin a certain extent.This paper is based on the history of our country’s private enterprise development, set up two economic models, individual analysis two aspects (the external business environment and internal entrepreneur’s own state) influence private entrepreneurs entrepreneurial behavior. Through the model analysis,we found that the reason of private entrepreneurs emerging is the entrepreneursintegration and utilization environmental resources with lower external cost constraint. Entrepreneurs obtained external environment resources with the improving of entrepreneurship environment, and they can use the in a lower cost constraint. And from a privateentrepreneursown condition side, we found that the people with less capitals and higher ability tend to make business decision. In the end of paper lists the suggestions in external and internal sides to promote the private entrepreneurs entrepreneurship.
