The market economy has developed with china’s entrance to the WTO. And small and medium-sized enterprises have become an important part of the national economy, which playing a more and more important role for the economic prosperity and increase employment. Trading small and medium-sized enterprise is a special enterprise-group, playing an important supplementary function in China’s market economy. Compared to others enterprises, trading small and medium-sized enterprise hard to recruit to high-quality staff, the brain drain are a problem to block enterprise development.
