Small and medium-sized private enterprises occupy an important position in China’s national economy. Its unique flexibility and innovation, which has made the contribution can not be ignored for the social stability, economic development. In modern business, people have become the most important factor for the development of enterprises. The company’s success in establishing and implementation of incentive measures, to activate the internal human resources, the marginal effect of employee’s maximization, become the key to whether the enterprise could win the competition and sustainable development.However, at present our country small and medium-sized private enterprises due to historical reasons, its own staff, extremely unstable, staff mobility, the poor stability, innovation ability becomes more and more weak, sustainable development is facing severe challenges. In all kinds of enterprises in our country, although the success of each method, but the reasons for the failure are out of the enterprise incentive measures. Therefore, how to stimulate, arouse the enthusiasm of the members of the organization, is an important issue in the work of the organization and management. In view of the status quo and characteristics of China’s small and medium-sized private enterprise employees incentive problems, in this paper, the small and medium-sized enterprise senior staff salary incentive mode basis, taking ZX company salary incentive mechanism is modeled, combining with the practice of ZX company, analyzing its advantages and disadvantages, referring to the existing research results, with the theory of human resources, the incentive theory and the the modern management theory, through the integrated use of literature study, case analysis, chart method, gives a systematical research on the senior management personnel of small and medium-sized private enterprises in China incentives.This paper is divided into four chapters, the incentive mechanism of small and medium-sized private enterprises in the high-level management personnel salary. The first chapter introduces the topics of the background and purpose, as well as the research ideas and methods. The second chapter gives the definition of private small and medium enterprises, and the domestic and foreign experts and scholars of the theory of incentives for collation, analysis. Focus on the analysis of the current situation of our country small and medium-sized enterprise employees incentive and the existing problems, and analyzes the causes of the problems. The third chapter is the specific example of ZX company, according to the analysis of the incentive problems ZX company executives and the reason, discusses the status of small and medium enterprises staff motivation. The fourth chapter in view of the problem of ZX company and puts forward how to tailored to fit the development of private small and medium enterprises incentive measures. Finally the paper puts forward the necessity of establishing the incentive measures of private small and medium enterprises, and establish incentive measures of objective and overall requirements, incentive mechanism in order to search for small and medium-sized private enterprises senior management personnel salary, incentive measures, improve human resources management and help to improve the performance of enterprises of small and medium enterprises.
