In today's society,the rapid economic development,increasing competition,the phenomenon of job burnout has become a common problem faced by all enterprises.Job burnout not only affects the efficiency and enthusiasm of employees,but also relates to the economic benefits and long-term development of enterprises.Whether it is business or employee should face this problem,by using the theory of human resource development and management,take a series of measures to effectively eliminate the occupation burnout,for the stability of staff,improve the work efficiency and enthusiasm has important significance.Company A(Huarun Suzhou Li'an medicine limited company)is in the lead in Jiangsu province in the field of pharmaceutical distribution enterprises,the company has huge resources in quantity and quality of talent,but the problem of job burnout still exists,which hindered the development of the company to a certain extent.How to solve the problem of job burnout has become the key factor for the company to develop rapidly and efficiently.Through the statistical analysis of the survey data,the researchers found that the degree of job burnout of Huarun Suzhou Li'an medicine limited company staffs overall at a low level;in emotional exhaustion,alienation and inefficacy in three dimensions,inefficacy was relatively significant.In the sense of ineffective energy,the staff showed a strong willingness to participate in management.Therefore,the researchers believe that the main measures to improve the job burnout needs to focus on employee participation in company management,the managers of the company can actively try to participate in company management for front-line employees more degree,improve the status of job burnout of employees,improve employee enthusiasm,enhance the company's production efficiency,promote the the economic efficiency of enterprises and long-term development.Study on staff of some well-known domestic and foreign enterprises to participate in the management of reference examples,detailed measures are given to Company A limited company staffs occupation burnout improvement:(1)to develop an appropriate occupation career plan for employees(2)to stimulate potential employees with the implementation of job rotation(3)to improve the employees involved in the management of the operation of the system(4)to establish effective and euual incentive mechanism...
