Nowadays, the competitions between enterprises keep increasing rapidly as technology advance and production developing. Not to mention the unstable elements as well as the world politics, economy and social developing changing. To increase the core competition of enterprises and defend the risks of unstable elements, the focus of enterprise now move from inner enterprise to whole supply chain management which indeed looking for partners to achieve double win from increasing whole business profit including business between suppliers which competitions among suppliers towards strategy partner to developing together. This paper adopted several related theory analysis of China domestic A/C manufacturing marketing and purchasing procedures which indicates the pressure of chasing profit and importance of supply chain management. How do A/C companies and manufactures defend risks, cut fixed cost and improve quality in an unstable and raw material increasing market. After a study of theory related to suppliers management, partnership management and follow my working experience. I run an analysis toward SAEC supply management condition. The problems also indicated the analysis developing from whole supply chain by whole supply chain to achieve technology and quality improvements as well as the cost and risks control.
