Core Competence Research For Shanghai Branch Of PECHDI

With the qualification of membership by the WTO and the trend of global economic integration, what the domestic enterprises will be confronted with are not only chances but also keen competition and challenges. How to live and win in the market, is a problem for all the Petrol Chemical Engineering companies.This paper takes Hebei Province Petrochemical Design Institute Shanghai branch(PECHDIS) as the research object, based on the PEST analysis of the Chemical industry and SWOT analysis on the PECHDIS, to find out the reason why PECHDIS developing to decline and how to solve the problems they face to. Then, it would be showed the core competition is necessary for all the companies, and how to build core competition, relying on its own Characteristics. Meanwhile, give some suggestion about how to develop in the future to PECHDIS.
