First, points out that the existing problems of coalchcmical industry development through reviewing the current situation of the coal chemicalindustry development, in the existing industrial park development mode analysis foundation,according to the present development situation of the coal chcmical industiral park in Yulin,choose the coal chcmical industrial park in Yulin should follow the two area and many gardentype development model of industiral cluster supported by the high-tech; Second, researchesthe interaction mechanism of innovation service center and productivity promotion centerbased on the inetractive mechanism of industiral cluster and science technology innovation;Third, building the development structure mode combined with specific situation of the coalchemical industrial park in Yulin, namely the interaction development structuer mode of theinnovation service center and the productivity promotion centre; Finally, set up networksupport platformscts to realize this interaction structure mode.
