| The transfer of rural surplus labor to the construction industry is an important way to solve the " agriculture, countryside and farmers " issue, a large rural labor team also made an indelible contribution to the development of the construction industry.But at present in the construction industry labor employment mechanism, migrant workers employment environment, there still exist many problems, Nanjing and around a series of measures taken in addressing these issues, efforts to transfer work orderly.Through the use of documentary research, empirical research method, qualitative analysis and other methods, starting from the Nanjing, combined with some of the situations of the country, this article studies the employment situation of the rural surplus labor in the construction industry.This article studies suggest that the Construction industry is the important field of employment of rural surplus labor, but in the actual operation of the process, there are still many constraints:The prevailing contracting system model is not conducive to the survival of the rural labor team development and construction, the construction of migrant workers living environment is harsh, part of the construction enterprises in the treatment of migrant workers and lack of social responsibility. Based on the study of the root causes of these problems and its harm, the article puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions:improvement of standards of construction labor and employment mechanism, vigorously supporting and developing the construction service enterprises, and contractors to exit the construction market; construction enterprises to enhance social sense of responsibility, to achieve their own development at the same time, more for the sake of migrant workers to fulfill corporate social responsibility; multi-level migrant workers, the employment service system for migrant workers to provide training, employment information, rights and other aspects of services. |
