Entrepreneurship Of Chinese Migrant Workers In Hometown

Problems about Agriculture, Rural areas and Peasantry are the key which decide whether we can complete our process of building a well-off society and modernization, but also the fundamental problems which relate the overall work of the party and the country. How to make sure Peasants'income instantly increasing is the core of the problem, now entrepreneurship of migrant workers in hometown is a effective way to come true increasing farmers'income, transferring rural surplus labor, building new countryside, agricultural modernization. It also is a path of sustainable development to change the concept of relying on "blood transfusion" into "blood self-sufficient".In this paper, the current plight and the financial crisis faced by the migrant workers as the background, the existing survey information and articles in this aspect as breakthrough point, the relevant entrepreneurship theories and related agricultural surplus labor theory as support. I expounded the meaning and scope of entrepreneur of migrant workers by summary the existing entrepreneur theory. I also state the importance of start business in rural area by comparing the old and the new development economics in this aspect. This paper analysis the feasibility of the migrant workers on the base of subjective and the objective environmental conditions and give overall analysis by the model SWOT which can show the peasants'strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. the choice of proper projects is the main content of this article, the paper combines case studies, summarizes the main problems of the migrant workers in the course of start business, and then using AHP model which based quantitative analysis method to analysis the main factors affecting successful entrepreneurship. The article finally summarizes and put forward my views, suggestions.Theories in this paper contain entrepreneurial theory, transferring of rural surplus labor, agriculture economic theories and so on. The research process of this paper combined with the survey sample data and case that collected in central and western rural area of China. I expound the meaning of entrepreneur for rural farmers, entrepreneurship necessity, feasibility, quantitative assessment of entrepreneurship factors. The paper put aside conventional thinking, but focusing on the negative impact on agriculture, urbanization, regional economic development if migrant farmers get job outside. This paper is the first to introduce the Analytic Hierarchy Process to analyze the weight of factors which may affect farms start business successfully. And this is quantitative study which is rarely used in this aspect. This paper tries to build a complete the theory system in order to make up the deficiency of existing domestic research on the farmers starting business in rural area and expand the scope of entrepreneurship theory. The ultimate purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical support for Migrant workers starting business in rural area and help Peasant-workers choose proper business so as to avoid the risk of failure. Meanwhile, I want to find a solution for the state and local governments to transfer rural surplus labor force and increase farmers'income.
