| Kimchi industry is the characteristic advantage industry in Sichuan Province, it occupys an important position in the development of Sichuan’s industry, it plays a decisive role in the economic development and whether it development healthy influence the province’s economic development greatly. The interest coupling mechanism has a crucial effect in the pickle industry development, so it is very necessary to strengthen the study of benefit coupling mechanism for pickle industry in Sichuan, especially the interest coupling mechanism between pickle processing enterprises and pickled vegetable planting farmers.Based on the study and research about the theory of industrialization management and industrialization management,Tt studys the benefit coupling mechanism between pickle processing enterprises and pickled vegetable planting farmers in Sichuan’s Kimchi industry.It first defines the concepts of interest connection and other concepts,then reviews the research and study ahout industrialization management and benefit coupling mechanism home and abroad in the form of literature reviewing.At the same time,it sums up the relevant theoretical foundation:incomplete contract theory, transaction cost theory and the principal-agent theory.The main part of the paper is the analysis of current situation of benefit coupling mechanism and Willingness to Participate for the pickled Leading enterprises and pickle farmers Sichuan’s pickled industry. It summarizes several major interest coupling mode in the pickle industry:buyout interest coupling model, contract interest coupling mode, cooperative profit pattern and enterprise type of interest coupling model, and it found the main problems that existed in the current benefit coupling mechanism in Sichuan’s pickled industry:loose coupling model are in the majority and close coupling model are in the less; farmers’ organization degree is not high; interest allocation mechanism is not perfect.Undering the analysis of the model,t found that the following factors has a significant influctuation to the willings that whether the farmers participate in the cooperation with pickled Leading enterprises,they are farmer culture level, risk tolerance, the influctuation of market price case, technical guidance provided by pickled Leading enterprises and other factors.Based on the problems that exist in the current situation and the factor analysis,it gives several Suggestions to improve the interest coupling between pickle processing enterprises and pickled vegetable planting farmers:mobilizeing the farmers’ cooperation awareness fully; promoting enterprises development and make it growth greatly; promoting the development of intermediary organizations actively; improving the comprehensive quality of farmers; carrying out the strict contract management; establishing risk fund system... |
