Agricultural Leading Enterprises And Farmers In Zunyi City Research On Interest Connection And Cooperation Willingness

Agricultural industrialization management has become a breakthrough in the development and reform of China’s agricultural economy and an effective way for farmers to become rich and well-off.The core problem of agricultural industrialization is the interest connection between farmers and leading enterprises.Only by forming a"risk-sharing,benefit-sharing" interest community among different market players,binding the interests together,and unifying the requirements of agricultural products,can the highest benefits be achieved,thus promoting the healthy development of agricultural industrialization.Therefore,it is of great significance for the development of agricultural industrialization in Zunyi to study the interest linkage and cooperation willingness between leading agricultural enterprises and farmers in Zunyi.This paper takes agricultural leading enterprises and farmers as the research object,based on combing the relevant research literature at home and abroad,introduces game theory,principal-agent theory,transaction cost theory and stakeholder theory as theoretical support.Through the analysis of the basic situation of the development of agricultural leading enterprises in Zunyi City,the organizational model and types of interest linkage,based on the questionnaire data from the actual interview in Zunyi City,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of interest linkage willingness between the two subjects from the perspectives of farmers and agricultural leading enterprises.Through the analysis of the results,the main problems are summarized.This paper selects Yangchun Baixue Co.,Ltd.,a representative enterprise that has made great achievements in tea industry by cooperating with farmers,as a typical case to provide experience and enlightenment for the establishment of a more stable and close interest linkage.Based on the above research and the current practice,from the aspects of farmers,agricultural leading enterprises,cooperative organizations and the government,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:(1)standardize the relationship among stakeholders and improve the enthusiasm of farmers to participate;(2)build a variety of interest links and strengthen the radiation and driving capacity of enterprises;(3)improve the cultural quality of farmers and enhance their awareness of contract implementation;(4)Cultivating and developing rural cooperative organizations and broadening the channels of cooperation between enterprises and farmers,(5)Perfecting relevant policies,laws and regulations to effectively protect the interests of various subjects;(6)To promote the organic coordination of the main body,to achieve the win-win cooperation of the main body countermeasures and suggestions,trying to provide some reference value for the sustainable development of the interest linkage relationship and cooperation willingness between the leading agricultural enterprises and farmers in Zunyi City.
