Research On The "Leading Enterprise + Farmer" Interest Linkage Mechanism In The Apple Industry

At this stage,in the process of apple industrialization in Xunyi County,the interest linkage mechanism between leading enterprises and fruit farmers is relatively loose.As independent market individuals,fruit farmers face more difficulties in the production and operation of apples.Small farmers and large markets The contradiction between them has become increasingly prominent.The establishment of a stable and close interest linkage mechanism can effectively resolve the connection between farmers as an independent business entity and the market,and increase farmers’ income.This article uses the theory of system change,incomplete contract theory and stakeholder theory,starting from the "leading enterprise + farmer" interest linkage mechanism in the apple industry in Xunyi County,and firstly analyzes the development process,current situation,and industrialization of the apple industry in Xunyi County.The business status and business model are summarized.Secondly,the formation background,development status and existing problems of the benefit linkage mechanism between the leading enterprises in Xunyi County and the fruit farmers are analyzed,and the case analysis is carried out through the well-known local leading company D Company.The main results are Draw the following conclusions:(1)Xunyi County’s "leading enterprise + farmer" interest linkage mechanism is mainly a contract-type and semi-close interest linkage mechanism with apples as the link,which is not conducive to the establishment of long-term and stable cooperative relations between enterprises and fruit growers,and is beneficial to the realization of a win-win situation for enterprises and fruit growers.It is even more obstructive.To promote the industrialized management of apples in Xunyi County,it is necessary to properly handle the relationship between fruit farmers and various organizations,establish a stable and effective interest linkage mechanism,ensure that the interests of various stakeholders are protected,and form a community of interests among various subjects,Sharing risks,sharing benefits,and working together to promote the development of apple industrialization in Xunyi County.(2)The instability of the "leading enterprise + farmer" interest linkage mechanism in Xunyi County has led to frequent occurrences of various breaches,and the interests of fruit farmers and enterprises are not fully protected.At the same time,problems such as weak driving ability of leading enterprises,unequal status of agricultural enterprises,imperfect distribution of benefits,frequent breaches of contract,and low government support have further hindered the long-term development of apple industrialization in Xunyi County.(3)The apple industry in Xunyi County is in the stage of industrial upgrading and transformation.The main goal at this stage is to promote the transformation of the apple industry from a quantitative growth type to a quality and efficiency type.Xunyi County D Company,by providing organic fertilizer to fruit growers to improve soil quality and apple quality,the benefit linkage mechanism with fruit growers is the current relatively stable and close way in Xunyi County,which inspires fruit growers to work on apple production management.The enthusiasm of poor fruit farmers has driven poor fruit farmers out of poverty and increased their incomes,thereby promoting the process of apple industrialization in Xunyi County,achieving the goal of improving quality and efficiency,and accelerating the pace of rural revitalization.Based on the above research,this article proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of the government,leading enterprises and farmers.Among them,the government intends to increase funding and policy support for local enterprises,and at the same time improve related systems to provide institutional guarantees for the development of Apple’s industrialization.As for leading enterprises,it is expected to strengthen investment in science and technology,do a good job in brand promotion,improve the competitiveness and market awareness of enterprises in all aspects,and enhance their own driving ability.For fruit growers,it is hoped that the training of professional farmers can be strengthened and the main consciousness of fruit growers can be stimulated.At the same time,leading enterprises also need to improve related interest distribution mechanisms,restraint mechanisms,and guarantee mechanisms,and form a stable interest community with fruit farmers,have contract awareness,communicate effectively,and establish a stable and effective interest linkage mechanism.
