In recent years, culture creativity is sweeping way across the world. It is bringing newopportunities to china’s traditional hotel which is falling into the development bottleneck. Andit also requires us to study the development of hotel from the point of view of culturecreativity. This paper wants to apply culture creativity concept to the management of the hotel.This paper wants to apply culture creativity to the management of hotel. Under the drivingand upgrading role of culture creativity, the hotel industry can have a breakthrough ofdevelopment and fundamentally improve the core competitiveness. Then the hotel industryhas finally achieving the goals of sustainable development.This paper synthetically applied three research methods of literature analysis, caseanalysis and theoretical exploration. According to research requirements, the author collectedand sorted a large number of literature materials. This paper uses theoretical analysis tocombine the culture creativity theories with the management of hotel. At the same time, thispaper studies specific case using the principle that “from the theory, return to the practice”,aims to be able to direct the development of hotel.The main contents of this paper are divided into four parts. On the basis of sortingdomestic literature of the relationship between the hotel industry and culture, the first partputs forward the research contents, significance and methods. The second part is thetheoretical basis of the deep research. The contents are the basic theory of cultural creativity,including the concept, characteristics, methods and effect; then analyzing the rising anddeveloping of cultural creative industry. The third part mainly analyses the status and functionof cultural creativity in the development of the hotel industry. On this foundation, this partdiscusses the development countermeasures of the hotel industry from cultural creativity indifferent angles. Finally, combined with the specific case of Beijing Oriental hotel, the lastpart summarizes its experience and lesson, aims to have an enlightenment function to thedevelopment of the domestic hotel industry.We can get the conclusion from this research: it is inevitable that the combination of thecultural creativity and the hotel industry. The introduction of the cultural creative concept tothe traditional hotel industry will bring out the fresh vitality and open up the newdevelopment space. Therefore, a study on the development of the hotel industry from culturalcreativity, both in theory and practical, plays an important role in improving thecompetitiveness and promoting the future development of the hotel industry.
