Since twenty-first Century, tourism has become one of the main leisure activities in one way. Tourism is a new kind of cultural tourism activities and is gradually being widely recognized and valued by the public. Tourism festival activities are important aspect of tourism activities, which are important part of tourism resources and play a more and more important role in region economy and tourism economic development. To win the customers is an important indicator of the success of Tourism Festival, and improving the tourist satisfaction is a key measure to attract more tourists. Therefore, the degree of satisfaction of tourists as an important index to measure the success of tourism festival activities plays an important role in the local government to formulate relevant policies and corporate planning all kinds of marketing activities. Because there is a close relationship between tourist satisfaction and tourist’s perception. Therefore, it has a very important meaning tourists’satisfaction from the tourists perception perspective, which is conducive to further clarify the various influence factors of tourism festivals attributing on spectators overall satisfaction, find ways to improve the tourist satisfaction, and solve all kinds of problems in the development of tourism festivals.Luoyang peony festival has developed into a national tourist festival activity. The annual peony is one of Luoyang’s most grand festivals and is also one of the country’s largest tourism festival activities. It has become a platform of tourism, economy, science and technology, culture, sports and other activities. At the same time, it has gradually become a major international tourism festival.In this paper, the relationship between tourists satisfaction and visitors perception was empirically studied, through interviews and questionnaires, and other forms of theoretical knowledge and methods about tourism, economics, management, cultural studies and statistics. We analyzed the survey results, combining with realistic conditions for the survey and making the visitors who participated in the China Luoyang peony festival as investigation objects, and identified the key factors affect visitors satisfaction. This paper came to the conclusion that different groups, different economic income level, and different level of education people satisfaction would be different. In addition, the same people would also be influenced by society, media and experience to change their judgment standard. We hope the results of the study that would be used to guide the development of tourist festivals resources and improve the competitiveness of the tourism festivals.
