Research On Improving Evaluation Of Intensive Land Use Of Anhui Provincial Development Zones

Research purpose:(1)Study on influence factors of intensive land use of Anhui provincial development zone by systematic analysis,constructing a comprehensive evaluation index systenm and analysis perspective to address the deficiencies in current evaluation work,providing services to follow-up intensive land use evaluation which will be carry out.(2) Through analysis and evaluate on economic developing environment of counties where provincial development zone were settled in,to lay a solid foundation for provincial development zone to understand its land use situations,condition constrains and other realities,to develop a scientific and realistic goal of intensive land use and land use patterns for provincial development zone.Research methods:survey research,data collection and analysis,combination evaluation method of subjective and objective,multivariate statistical analysis,comparative analysis,level analysis.Research results:(1) Constructed framework and index system of regional economic development environmental evaluation,which is based on multi-factors, formed a regional economic development environmental division results by using factor analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis, provincial development zone in counties which have similar economic development environment can be considered to given uniform ideal value and weight value of intensive land use valuation,achieved not only taked into consideration of actual situation of various provincial developmentzone,but also provided references to co-ordination,planning and policies of whole provincial development zone in Anhui.(2)systematic analysed impact factors of intensive land use in provincial development zone,constructed two(government-oriented and enterprise-oriented)subject’s main evaluation index system of intensive land use,and proposed tax policy and financial services policy has been given.Research conclusions:In Anhui province,regional economic development environment which is based on county unit has obvious differentiations,the ideal value and weight value which related to intensive land use evaluation of provincial development zone can be unified on division results, and two evaluation index systems which based on government-oriented and enterprise-oriented are built up,that created conditions and provided guarantee for intensive land use in Anhui provincial development zone.
