| As the main form of international capital flows, foreign direct investment (FDI) has been playing an increasingly important role in the world economy; especially in the economy of host developing countries. It had increasingly significant and far-reaching impact. At present, FDI is flowing to the developing countries. In last few years Vietnam has been the hot region of FDI that concentrated on, because it has the stable investment environment, good natural conditions, and cheap labor force. Besides Vietnamese government has the positive attitude to attract investment. It also makes the Vietnam becomes more and more attractive that can let more multinational enterprise invest in. As an important neighbor of China, Vietnam has a lot of same common points, such as economy, culture, customs habit, lifestyle and consumer psychology. Those advantages can offer more convenient conditions to develop the trade between two nations. As the all-directional relationship has been friendly building, China also pays increasingly attention to FDI in Vietnam. This paper does not only introduce the development of the FDI from Chinese enterprise to Vietnam, including reasons, special points and developing processes. But also more points out the potential problems which could exist in the FDI between Vietnam and Chinese enterprise, and also gives the appropriate manners to solve these problems. This paper used the theory of international investment to reveal the rule of Chinese FDI to Vietnam. Especially for the duration of the32years from1988to2010, this paper makes the real examples to analyze the relationship of investment and commerce between Chinese enterprise and Vietnamese market, preferably explain the reasons why these two economic elements are together. This paper also provides Chinese enterprise some positive suggestions to consummate Vietnamese economy which hope can be the good ensample to let more Chinese enterprise invest in and do the better job. |
