| The Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh CPC Congress and the Sixth Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam are the symbolic moments for the two countries to initiate the reform(innovation)chapter.After this,the development of the two countries has achieved a very rapid development.As the development of these two partners has always maintained a rapid momentum,it has attracted worldwide attention and praise.From a global perspective,almost no country can achieve such an economic miracle.When many developed countries are facing economic crisis,China and Vietnam can not only avoid the crisis very cleverly.At the same time,after experiencing the economic storm of 2010,China' s GDP replaced Japan as the runner-up of the world.Recently,accompanied by the continuous improvement of the capabilities of local Chinese companies,and the government's vigorous promotion of the "going out" strategy,and strong support,China has slowly become no longer a former country that has absorbed global capital,but has instead invested capital.To countries in other countries or regions.It is very similar to China after the reform and opening up,and it has become a major player in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations.VNM has sufficient and unnecessary labor costs.Due to the geographical location,Chinese companies regard Vietnam as one of the most important countries to implement direct capital injection overseas.As of 2015,Vietnam' s largest trading partner is China.At this stage,China remains Vietnam's largest source of imports,and Vietnam' s imports from China account for about one-third of its total imports.In Vietnam' s export market,China ranks fourth.The first chapter and the last chapter are not repeated here.The other main body of this paper has five parts.The main contents of each part are as follows:Chapter Ⅱ Theoretical Background.The second chapter mainly introduces the concept of foreign direct investment and related theoretical basis.Theoretically,we can understand the concept of FDI.The third chapter analyzes the current situation,characteristics and influence of China' s investment in Vietnam.This chapter mainly introduces the current situation of Chinese companies investing in Vietnam,analysis of the characteristics and impact analysis.Thus,the economic impact of China's FDI on Vietnam was analyzed.Chapter IV Analysis of Investment Environment in Vietnam.This is one of the core parts of this paper.This chapter mainly introduces the investment environment in Vietnam and the analysis of Vietnam's investment advantages in recent years.The fifth chapter analyzes the case of Chinese enterprises investing in Vietnam.This chapter analyzes some of the successful experiences of Chinese companies investing in Vietnam,their investments and the challenges they face in Vietnam.The sixth chapter is the countermeasures of Chinese enterprises'foreign direct investment in Vietnam.This chapter provides suggestions for the further development of China-Vietnam investment cooperation and hopes to provide references for Chinese companies investing in Vietnam.The innovations of this paper are:First,study the successful experience of investment from the perspective of Chinese companies,analyze the investment research of Chinese companies in Vietnam,and specifically study the foreign direct investment environment in Vietnam.This article attempts to study the risks China faces in investing in Vietnam from an intuitive perspective,and proposes some countermeasures and suggestions for Chinese enterprises to invest in Vietnam,and how to grasp the success.The second point lies in the research methods.This paper combines classical cases to analyze the investment of Chinese companies in Vietnam,making the research more intuitive and specific,as well as more convincing.It also provides a good reference for companies that have encountered similar cases.Finally,some countermeasures were proposed to promote the investment relationship between China and Vietnam and China' s direct investment in Vietnam. |
