China' s economics is getting more and more development,as well as the increase of living standard,thus there is an increase of abroad tourist.In 2017,the ratio of outbound is 128 million which means 5%appreciate(compared with in 2016),the expense for traveling of Chinese is 115 billion 290 million.Chinese and Vietnam have a homogeneous culture,convenient transportation,hence China is the main market of Vietnam tourism industry.China market has an undeniable distribution to Vietnam tourism in particular as well as to Vietnam economic development in general.Nha Trang locates in the Middle South of Vietnam,its economics mainly depends on tourism.In recent years,the beautiful sea city Nha Trang has great attractive to Chinese tourists.It is a constraint that there is any research of spending of Chinese tourists here.At the same time,there is an unsolved limitation in developing tourism.To the Chinese tourists,Nha Trang is still a new destination.Therefore,Spending of Chinese tourists in Nha Trang was selected to be my thesis topic.In order to collect information for my analyse,a questionnaire has been provided to a sample of 250 tourists.In this research,there are 250 questionnaires were sent and 200 effective relies were collected,which means 80%of interviewees.This thesis has four chapters,which includes:The first part(Chapter 1 and 2)is "Research methodolody",which describes the research basis with the meaning,objective and research method,as well as the recent methodology research,together with the questionnaire.The second part(Chapter 3 and 4)is the "Actual analyse" which uses the datas from questionnaires:analysis of tourism consumption behaviour characteristics(tourist demographic characteristics,tourism decision making behaviour,tourism consumption choice preference and tourism satisfaction evaluation);the different demographic characteristics in the process of consumer behaviour(travel motivation,how to get travel information,…).The next part is provided suggestions to promote tourism industry in Nha Trang Viet Nam.The last past is conclusion and points out the deficiencies of the current research and expectation.Research results indicate that:(1)Chinese tourists travel to Nha Trang who mainly live in some cities which have direct flights or economics developed cities which have charter to Nha Trang.The ratio of tourists based on gender has just a little difference.Tourists are young people or middle-aged.They mostly are the high level education tourists.Their career are student,businessman or businesswoman,and officer;monthly income lies in two ranges:3000-5000 or 5001-8000 RMB.Of these interviewees who had been asked,this is their first time travel to Viet Nam.(2)Their mainly purposes are sightseeing and trading.The primary method to collect traveling information which is applied is to search the Internet or to contact with travel agencies.There are 3 kinds of traveling:free travel,semi-free travel,and tour group which have fairly uniform distribution with not much difference.Contingency factors affecting travel decision are weather,safety and environmental sanitation.(3)Most of Chinese tourists prefer travel with their family,length of stay is frequently from 3-5 days or 5-7 days.They usually choose 4-5 stars hotel to stay during their trip.The restaurants which serve local foods or sea foods are more preferred.Their expense is approximately 3000-5000 RMB,mainly for accomodations.(4)Chinese tourists assess entrance tickets to some sceneries are cheap but entertainment items are quite expensive.Cuisine has a better evaluation than transportation in Nha Trang from tourists' perspective.
