The wave of global economic integration has brought global competition stage, the rapiddevelopment of communication technology, the communication market demand is also acceleratingchange, and a series of practical development and reform in China communication industry. Thecompetition between communications carriers gradually intensified. How to meet customers’high-level information needs, leveraging the market to get better results for the company to becomethe operators have to consider the question of survival in the new competitive situation.As medium-sized state-owned enterprises, Xishuangbanna Branch of China Telecom is facingunprecedented pressure. On the one hand is to strive for more market share objective need to makegood use of the window period of rapid development, on the other hand, is intensive managementbrought by the positioning, division of responsibilities, operation mode and many problems need tobe solved.Obviously, its original organization model can’t meet the needs of rapid changing marketand the development. Therefore, it is imperative the Xishuangbanna Telecom Company must beorganizational reform and strategic adjustments.Based on the project of the design and research of the organization of Xishuangbanna TelecomCompany, in addition to wide research on the materials of the organizational reform andtelecommunication industry home and abroad, the article thoroughly examines and analyses theinfluential factors and the environment for the development of the organization and management ofXishuangbanna Telecom Company. After comprehensively diagnosing the current managementstructure, the article brings about the organization structure design of Xishuangbanna TelecomCompany organization.
