In China’s market economic system, the most typical representative of a listed company as modern joint-stock companies, who has a huge role in promoting China’s economic development and prosperity of the market. In post-disaster reconstruction and implementation of the major opportunity of western development, by studying the Sichuan listed company financial performance, contribute to the Sichuan government comprehensive evaluation of the performance of listed companies in Sichuan, to the formulation of macroeconomic policy, effective in promoting the regional economic development; a comprehensive evaluation of financial performance of listed companies in Sichuan to help the majority of investors, and thus avoid inefficient investment. Then,40Sichuan listed companies as the research object, select the16financial indicators in the2008-2010data as the study sample, the use of AHP analysis of listed companies in Sichuan profitability, solvency, operational capacity and development capacity for comparative analysis. At the same time, the establishment of the consolidated financial performance model, and evaluation results to be sorted, according to the score and ranking of financial performance, analysis of the four changes in the capacity of each listed company and the volatility of financial performance score, come to the level of financial performance in the different industries sort. Sichuan listed companies’financial performance and Henan, Shaanxi, were analyzed to identify gaps. All in all evaluation of the listed companies’ financial performance in Sichuan, in order to enable investors to understand the overall financial performance of listed companies in Sichuan comprehensive perspective.Finally, make policy recommendations to improve financial performance of listed companies. Must improve the net profit margin of sales, adjust the industrial structure according to market conditions, efforts to expand the market share of the main business, to strengthen the cost assessment, cost control, particularly poor profitability and ability of the asset restructuring of listed companies; strengthen enterprise management, improve asset utilization, optimize the debt structure, the active use of financial leverage; the development of financial strategies and development goals, and focus on market information; emphasis on high, and actively improve their international competitiveness.
