Synthetic Performance Evaluation On Private Listed Companies Based On The Method Of DEA-AHP-FCE

Based on the performance evaluation of listed companies of specialists and scholars at home and abroad, considering the actual conditions of private listed companies in our country, the article uses the research method integrating comparative analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis, normative and demonstrative analysis. By synthetically considering the factors influencing the performance of companies involving financial and non-financial indexes, qualitative and quantitative indexes, foregone performance and future development ability, internal and external environments, economical and social benefits, and utilizing the theory of economics, statistics, management and policy studies and etc., the article establishes synthetic performance evaluation indexes system of private listed companies from five angles, namely finance, client, running process, management development and learning innovation. Then it uses the systematic model of DEA-AHP-FCE to synthetically evaluate the performance of 40 private listed companies. Finally, it puts forward countermeasures to improve the performance of private listed companies.The main contents of the article are as follows:(1) Firstly, on the basis of strategic management theory, principal-agent theory, stakeholder theory and other relevant theories, it systemically analyzes the method to evaluate the performance of private listed companies. Secondly, it construes the factors influencing the performance of private listed companies. Finally, on the basis of the performance management mechanism of generic listed companies, it discusses the unique and inherent performance management mechanism of private listed companies.(2) On the basis of the unique and inherent performance management mechanism of private listed companies, combing the value tropism, the strategic functions and design principles of synthetic evaluation indexes, it establishes synthetic performance evaluation indexes system of private listed companies. Then it filters and amends these indexes.(3) On the basis of synthetic performance evaluation indexes system of private listed companies, by analyzing the characteristics and contents of DEA, AHP, FCE method, it puts forward the systemic appraisal model of DEA-AHP-FCE.
