At present,the construction of enterprise financial performance evaluation system is a hot issue in the academic field,and it is also one of the most concerned issues in the enterprise field.Effective financial performance evaluation can help enterprises find out the defects in business management,solve the problems in time,improve the level of business management,and promote the long-term development of enterprises.With the advancement and development of China's economic system reform,the furniture industry has entered a high-speed development stage.Therefore,it has positive practical significance to study the performance of furniture industry enterprises.This paper takes Langfang Bada Furniture Co.,Ltd.as the research object,selects the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the financial performance of the company,constructs the financial performance evaluation system of Bada furniture,and puts forward the measures to ensure the effective implementation of the performance evaluation system from multiple angles.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the topic,then makes a literature review of financial performance evaluation,defines the related concepts of enterprise financial performance evaluation,and expounds the theoretical basis of financial performance evaluation such as principal-agent theory,value management theory and residual income theory.Secondly,it introduces the basic situation of Bada furniture company and its financial performance evaluation method,and analyzes the problems of the financial performance rating method.Thirdly,according to the basic principles of the selection of financial indicators,combined with the current situation of the company's operation and management activities,the paper constructs a financial performance evaluation index system based on Fuzzy AHP,and determines the superiority of the financial evaluation system through comparative analysis.Finally,aiming at the designed financial performance evaluation system,the article puts forward the implementation safeguard measures from four aspects: formulating and improving the financial performance management system,improving the human resources management security system,strengthening the internal environment construction of financial performance management and providing effective internal data support.
