And it analyzes a series of socio-economic problems caused by low workers’compensation. Then discusses the reasons for the low workers’compensation in China, by theoretical analysis and empirical research from aggregate demand and economic development strategic perspective,to come to a conclusion that export-oriented economic development strategy for stimulating economic growth inhibits the domestic demand and the improvement of workers’compensation. And it analyzes the pathway to depress the workers compensation under the export-oriented economic development strategy. Finally, the essay discusses the impact of China’s exports fell by the economic crisis, affecting economic growth.
