With the development of modernized logistics and foreign trade in China, the custom industry has become a professional and outstanding trade. Huahai company is a professional customs broker which engaged in the import and export agent services within the inspection laws and regulations allowed.Our company developed fast in recent years and it has became the biggest industry in Hunan. But now our company met some troubles in the development. On the one hand, there is a big change in our external environment.on the other hand, our internal management couldn’t keep up with the development of our company.To begin with, we will introduce the present situation of Huahai company. First we will find the problems from the research of customer satisfaction. Second we will discover the cause from the analysis of internal management. Then we give three advices on how to improve the service based on the business process reengineering and customer relationship management theory, they are optimization of internal management, business process reengineering and differential customer management. Finally, this paper analyzes the obstacles the various service improvements may encounter in the implementation and give some advances to ensure the scheme implementing smoothly:Form the tallest leadership team, held implementation report meeting regularly and review the implementation effect periodically.With the development of the reform and open-door policy, the declaration industry has made rapid development in our country. But because of its short history, the industry still exist many problems in developing. This paper, research to service improvement, not only has an important significance in improving the companies’ service quality, management level and comprehensive competitiveness but also has a reference to development of the other customs broker.
