We use the Performance Importance Matrix Method, Learning Pentacle Method, Fish Bone Analysis and other methods to analyze the causes of process inefficiency.Defined the business process issues, we use the systematic transformation model to recycle feasibility study, project bidding, project survey and design and project review four processes, and adjust the company's existing organizational structure, to make the organizational structure to promote recycling after the effective operation of business processes.
