Research On Plan And Management Method Of Military Fixed Assets Investment Projection In XX Factory

With increment of fixed assets investment projects on National Defense Science&Technology Industry from government in recent years, investment projects of fixed assets on National Defense military industry manufacturing is also increase increasingly. Investment management has played a very important role in enterprise development planning and management. Although there are many management methods, plan and management method for fixed assets investment projects on military optical industry is rare. Plan and management method without pertinence can’t effectively guide this specific fixed assets investment project of National Defense optical industry. National Defense military optics manufacturing industry is the convergence of high technology and advanced management mode, plan and management methods on fixed asset investment projects must combine the advanced optical engineering technology with advanced management techniques to carry out effective guidance. At present, optical industry in domestic is in the period of development, it is also quite backward comparing with the company of overseas. There is a great gaps especially in processing type, machining accuracy, precision measurement, processing methods and quality control. It’s difficult to resolve manufacturing equipments and apparatus by their own ability, it needs to the support of government. It is the exigent problem to effectively resolve plan and management of fixed asset investment project on National Defense military optical industry at present depending on optical enterprise features.Project plan and management methods of fixed assets investment for optical industry shall be introduced in this paper, and comparison and verification for this method shall be given by some examples. It proved that plan and management method of fixed assets investment project in this paper has played an important role on fixed-asset investment projects for National Defense optical industry. On the other hand, it has proved how to plan and management the National Defense fixed assets investment projects of optical industry by some examples.
