Nowadays, network has a rapid develepment and many companies are relying on the network development.The research of network customer loyalty is practical significance. In such a fierce competition, how to make the network customer loyalty improve? The article is based on this starting point, based on the theory of customer value, the network factors influencing customer loyalty research,while puting certain proposals for the development of network.Through reading the literature search and the theory, summarizing customer value concept, characteristic as well as the customer value dimensions, and then summarized the network customer loyalty in two aspects:behavioral loyalty and attitudinal loyalty. Analysis of network structure, hierarchy, customer loyalty measurement and network customer loyalty help us understand misunderstanding. Study of factors influencing customer loyalty and forming process, which can reveal the site of customer value and customer loyalty, establish the website’s customer value and customer loyalty measurement model.Finally, I put forward the network customer loyalty evaluation indexes, the network customer loyalty and ways of improving the site from the customer value, how to implement customer loyalty management.The site of the functional value, should make great efforts to improve the sales of product quality, timely update the site information and ensure the authenticity of the information, simplify the website shopping program, so that the customer can smooth and safe to buy the necessary products. In the process, there are many details need attention, once processing is bad to can convey a negative message to the customer, so the functional value will be very bad. Failure and recovery measures must be in place in time, so that customers will have a very good reputation, and many customers in the website shopping are from the network information, network and better customer first, purchase the probability will be larger, so benign loop to produce.On site experience value concern, because many customers enjoy your shopping online is its process, it can save a lot of time, a lot of tedious work, so for the website shopping procedures to be simplified, while ensuring the safety of personal information. If online shopping programs is very complex, finally causes the customer to experience the process of more than reality, then the customer will go to reality in a store, but not on the site. Website design must consider and customer communication platform, to make the customer good opinion information prompt feedback to the site, so the site can continue to improve, perfect. Businesses must timely put forward some comments are given to the customer feedback and improved information, so that customers can have a welcome and attention to feeling, will be more high customer loyalty. At the same time it gives the shortcomings and future directions to us.
