Communication satisfaction is more mature topics in Western organizational research.But so far,research on communication satisfaction in china also less little research of organizational behavior applied to the corporate management. The Communication Satisfaction is individuals in their organization organizational communication satisfaction in all aspects,which affect employees’ psychological to impact of the work status of employees.Good management communication research base on communication satisfaction is significant to enterprise management theory development in academia, in scholars, more research on communication satisfaction is from the positive variable of results,but ignoring the impact to jop burnout.In recent years,the pace of development of the hotel industry to accelerate human resource constraints,highlighting the phenomenon of employees to work overtime,employees are physically and mentally exhausted,combined with the increased demands of the customer on the level of quality of service,at the same time to seek the development of competition between employees is becoming increasingly fierce,these issues cause hotel staff pressure increases,the growing phenomenon of staff burnout,and has become a prominent problem affecting the health of employees,hotel quality of work and industry development.Take hotel staff as the study objects and theory of communication satisfaction and job burnout theory based,this paper analysis the relationship between the hotel staff communication satisfaction and job burnout,to conduct field investigations to obtain primary data in six high star hotels of Hangzhou and Ningbo,at last a statistical analysis of the data obtained is conducting through using scientific statistical analysis tools.The main findings are as followed through research and analysis:for hotel frontline employees,communicate satisfaction and job burnout is negative correlation;the six dimensions of communicate satisfaction are negatively correlated with job burnout;communication satisfaction has a negative predietive role for hotel frontline staff burnout; media quality will predict hotel frontline staff burnout;organizational operations can predict hotel frontline staff emotional exhaustion factor;media quality and organization of the operation will predict hotel frontline staff depersonalization factor;parallel and informal communication and communication atmosphere has a positive predietive role for low sense of accomplishment factors of frontline employees. Based on the finding,several recommendations to improve or enhance the communication satisfaction of hotel staff is given, hope to provide a useful reference for hotel managers to alleviate staff burnout.
