In China’s reform and opening-up progress to the deep water area, the Party Central Committee and the State Council have repeatedly pointed out that the current focus of the work of the economy of our country is to adjust the economic structure optimization, under the background of the transformation of the mode of economic development, the reform of enterprises and institutions at all levels has become a common concern of the state and society. In the process of social operation in our country for many years, distribution in various regions and institutions bear under the jurisdiction of a lot of important role in social stability, economic development, on the other, is national development and stability in the region can not access the elements. These institutions plays a capillary effect, directly related to the vital interests of the well-being of the Chinese people and, also plays at all levels of government on research and development of an important role, so to promote the optimization and adjustment of our institutions and related work is very important starting point for China’s political reform as a whole adjustment.In this paper, experimental study on mineral resources of Inner Mongolia as an example, firstly expounds the research background and significance, defines the core concepts, then focuses on the analysis of the experimental study on the mineral resources of Inner Mongolia grassroots employee occupation burnout survey by demographic variables questionnaire, Occupation Burnout Questionnaire, occupation burnout factors questionnaire of basic situation and summarizes the related. The relationship between the demographic survey and analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, variables analysis and regression analysis, data from the point of view that the experimental study on the mineral resources of Inner Mongolia grassroots influence employee occupation burnout factors, followed by further analysis of the experimental study on mineral resources of Inner Mongolia grass-roots staff occupation burnout causes, it puts forward the suggestions on solving experimental research mineral resources of Inner Mongolia grass-roots staff occupation burnout.Main conclusions include, Inner Mongolia mineral experimental study of the grass-roots staff burnout causes include low level of wages and benefits, working environment to be improved, miscellaneous work content, pressure, agencies and institutions unit evaluation mechanism is not perfect, lack of a scientific evaluation system of the grass-roots staff, grass-roots staff professional consciousness, management level employees valued constraint neglect to encourage. Inner Mongolia mineral experimental study on grassroots employees job burnout countermeasures and suggestions including the establishment of a sound Inner Mongolia mineral experimental study of the work subsidy system, clear Inner Mongolia minerals Experimental Institute of performance salary payment system, pay attention to the distribution of bonus and welfare system, constantly optimize the grass-roots staff working environment, establish and improve the grass-roots staff promotion channels, learning and training opportunities.
