In recent years, more and more competition in the workplace, job burnoutproblem has become a common phenomenon. Job burnout will not only affect thehealth of body and mind, but also has impact on the staff’s working behavior andattitude, then to affect the entire organization work performance. Therefore focus onjob burnout of employees and job satisfaction situation,it become the key of theenterprise human resources management. Based on this background, this paper mainlydiscusses the job burnout and job satisfaction, and the role of psychologicalempowerment in the mechanism, so as to be able to puts forward some significantsuggestion or enlightenment for enterprise human resources management work.This research mainly adopts literature reading methods and empiricalresearch.At the conclusion of the related literatures, propose regulatory role model,That assumption that Job burnout to job satisfaction is negative, Job burnout andpsychological empowerment has negative correlation, Psychological empowermentand job satisfaction has positive correlation, Psychological empowerment can beproduced to the relationship of the job burnout and job satisfaction as the regulatoryrole.This study employ Mature scale.Psychological authorized scale has12projectcomposition by Spreitzer (1995) designed. Burnout scale has15project compositionby Schaufeli and Maslach preparation, LiChao ping revised. As well as MSQ. Afterfinishing, adopt convenient sampling method, For two tests, small sample test and theformal test, One small sample test recovery of110,after revised, then for formal test,total recovery369valid questionnaires, analyzes the data.Through the relevant and regression analysis, this study proved the above fourhypothesis, According to the empirical results, come to the conclusion: Overa ll, thejob burnout and job satisfaction have a significant negative correlation. emotionalexhaustion has good prediction effect to external satisfaction and inner satisfaction,Negative snub has good prediction effect three dimension of job satisfaction. Careerself-efficacy has good prediction effect to inner satisfaction. From the whole aspect,job burnout and psychological authorized have a significant negative correlation. Inaddition to the self-efficacy dimensions, The rest of the dimensions on job burnouthave significantly influence. career self-efficacy work to influence is not significant.Psychological empowerment and job satisfaction significant have positive correlation,the four dimensions of Psychological authorized and the three dimensions of job satisfaction are significant positive correlation. Psychological empowerment haveregulate effect in the process of job burnout produces the influence in job satisfaction.But the dimensions of psychological empowerment have different effect to theprocess of job burnout produces the influence in job satisfaction.According to the above conclusions, specific analysis, this paper puts forwardthe corresponding countermeasures, For effective intervention job burnout, improvejob satisfaction provide practical guidance.
