In the recent years, with rapid economic development process of China, the enterprise excessively pursue maximum profit and neglect or even sacrifice the public and social interest, making a variety of hazard phenomenon appear, such as kinds of jerry-built projects incidents, food safety events, fake and inferior commodities harming people’s life and property safety, enterprise defaulting employee wages, etc. In such a background, the requirements of public improving enterprises’social responsibility become increasingly intense, and the establishment of a suitable evaluation system for various industries of corporate social responsibility to guide and standardize enterprise’s behavior is necessary. Based on catering enterprises, this paper explores how to establish the enterprise social responsibility evaluation system of catering industry.With summing up theory and practice achievement of research on domestic and foreign enterprise society responsibility, based on the enterprise stakeholders’angle, this paper has analyzed the catering enterprises in improving shareholders’return of investment level, providing safe and comfortable working environment and building a reasonable salary system, providing consumers with safe food and the high quality service, paying taxes according to law and supporting public welfare undertakings, etc. and establishing catering enterprise social responsibility assessment model. According to the condition of catering enterprise social responsibility in China, this paper analyzes the origin of the problem emphatically from the enterprise’s lack of own consciousness of social responsibility, the whole social supervision system lag and so on; establishing the principle of evaluation system, according to the range of catering enterprise social responsibility, from the aspects such as shareholders and creditors’rights and interests, and employee’s benefit, consumer satisfaction, energy conservation and environmental protection, social contribution and public welfare undertakings to design index, which reflects the evaluation content of catering enterprise social responsibility, then classifying indexes, and using the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method to construct catering enterprise social responsibility evaluation system. In addition, representative catering enterprises is chosen for verifying, in order to establish catering social responsibility evaluation system with extensive significance and practical significance.
