In residential housingloans, some lenders have looked mortgage insurance upon a prerequisite to provide highhousing loans. But Mortgage insurance in China started late. Oncemore, article focused introduces the United States, Canada, Australia, France and theNetherlands mortgage insurance systems on the basis of the course of development of China’smortgage insurance and current problems, and provides the experiences and implications toChina’s mortgage insurance. Finally, in response to above issues, article proposedcountermeasures to improve China’s mortgage insurance.
