The emergence and development of corporate social responsibility in China is associatedwith China’s reform and opening up. In terms of economic reform, the socialist plannedeconomy to socialist market economic development, the formation of the state-ownedenterprises, private enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises and joint-stock enterprises,multi-ownership economy pattern. These enterprises in China fulfill their social responsibilityis the main.30years of reform and opening up, China’s enterprises has entered a period ofrapid development, the enterprise is the cell of society, is the microcosmic main body, leavethe enterprise wealth creation function, also lost the material basis for the construction of aharmonious society. At the same time, enterprises as an important part of society, is animportant driving force of social development, in the enjoyment of social resources profitscircumstances, but also shoulder the important social responsibility. Corporate socialresponsibility is a good way to achieve optimal allocation, wealth is effectively leverage,regulate social fairness and economic efficiency is an important regulator of maintainingsocial stability. Stakeholders and corporate social responsibility is a research field in recentyears, the academic circles of our country active. This study is the social responsibility of"employees" of the enterprises of our country. The most important stakeholders is "staff ".The staff is the first motive force of enterprise development, at the same time also is thestarting point for corporate social responsibility. The staff wages, security, social security,respect for personality, self-realization, are the specific content of employee socialresponsibility. The enterprise is mainly performed in legal liability based economicresponsibility. However, some enterprises in China due to a late start, leading to economicfoundation is weak, weak sense of morality. Many enterprises only goal is to maximize profits,to undertake the social responsibility to employees, as a negative burden, most enterprises donot know what to take and what kind of social responsibility, how much, how to undertake,Chinese enterprises are still faced with the crisis of social responsibility is missing. Visible toemployees by enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility awareness is still not mature.Arrears of wages, not the deduction of staff to provide a safe and healthy workplace, notabsence to employee pension and medical insurance, management system is not reasonable,violation of employees’ rights to privacy, sexual harassment liability. Between the enterpriseand staff are closely linked, enterprises will be how to achieve sustainable development, as agreat contribution to the growth of the social economic enterprise has to be profoundreflection of the moment. Enterprises should be how to fulfill the social responsibility of the staff, is each enterprise should think about the problem. In view of the above problems, theauthor puts forward some constructive countermeasures, in the hope of China’s enterprises tofulfill their social responsibility to improve staff. These measures include government,strengthen system construction, improve the relevant laws and regulations, establishing theinternal rational mechanism, improve staff awareness, ethics plays the role of the media, fromthe government, enterprises, employees, mass, four aspects to improve China’s lack ofcorporate social responsibility to employees.
