China’s national economy has developed rapidly and the people’s income hasincreased notably, so that the people’s living standards have greatly improved.Meanwhile, the civil aviation industry in China has developed fast in the past years.During this period,China Southern Airlines catched the opportunities to grow andhad accomplished a series of splendid work. Nevertheless, there are some hiddendangers and weaknesses inside the company, especially in the human resourcemanagement of the flight attendants. This essay will give a treatise on that.In this essay, I will make expositions and analyses of the current situation of thehuman resource management’s problem of the flight attendants. By investigatingthese issues which brings negative effects to the China Southern Airlines, I willmake a few recommendations.This essay divided into five parts:First of all is the introduction part.The first part mainly introduced the researchbackground, research significance, human resource management theory, researchmethod and content. In the background part, there are the internal and externalenvironment of CSN, the status and the performance. In the research significanceand method part, it mainly depends on the particularity of the development of thecivil aviation industry. The theory part is the more important part, there are thesummarizing of predecessor’s research results and the well-known domestic andinternational theories and ideas.The second part is mainly about the human resource management’s problem ofthe flight attendants. There are total four important part. It describes and analyzes the status of the human resource management now and future by using a example.The overview of the problems of the human resource management of the flightattendants is separated into five parts and introduced with the actual of CSN.The third part is the core part of this essay. From the previous analysis of eachproblem, there is the specification of the influences of the passengers’ service. Newcomer’s service standard will affect the whole service level. Different personnelquality will hinder the overall level of the development of the service standard. Theinadequate training will affect the finding of outstanding staff. So that there will bemore serious brain drain problem at the same time.The fourth part is countermeasure research. In this part,Through analyzing theproblems,I found three solutions in three aspects. First, set up enterprise strategyplan to keep the balance of the human resources supply and demand. Second, reformthe training system to improve the quality of employees. Third, improve the stafftreatment to reduce the brain drain and set up crisis management mechanism toreduce the harm by personnel loss to the enterprise.In the end, is the conclusion part. This part summarizes this article’s researchprocess, research achievements and main points.
