With the scientific development and improved standard of living,automobile industry in China is entering the new times. Meanwhile, italso faces unprecedented challenges. How can we improve enterprisecompetitiveness in automobile industry? While improving productiontechnology, more perfect management system is expected by manyentrepreneurs. The leader of automobile industry，FAW Car Co.，has puta good deal of energy and introduced ERP system(Enterprise Resource Planning), OA system(Office Automation), SCMsystem (Supply Chain Management), financial management system, andother advanced management information system. These systemscontained management wisdom reduce decision-making cost for enterprise and improve operation efficiency. However, because the newintroduced system and original working process and habit fail to adaptand fuse, many perplexing problems are emerged in production andoperation. For example: as it is working, system often need makesecondary adjustment, which brings many inconveniences. Eachinformation system is fighting its own battle; information among systemscan not directly share, and the cross-system information query cost is toohigh. Because of improper communication between technicians andcustomers, the information is lack of symmetry, and then the designresult is influenced. This thesis is committed to solve these problemsexposed in practical work and avoid more foreseeable problems.
