| The update of the technologies, especially the fast development of information technologies and related terminal equipment, has totally changed the traditional way of enterprise management, such as modern auto industry gradually shifting from simple combination of IT system and production line to full integration of ERP,manufacture execution system and production automatic control system. After gaining experiences from more than 20 years of joint-venturing and technology introduction, Chinese auto industry is catching up with the world-class level. It also brings model change to related enterprises and industries, pulling improvement of Chinese traditional manufacturing industry. However, due to different pace of informationalization in operation reform of many enterprises and lack of awareness of importance of middle manufacturing execution system, the planning of the enterprise does not get effective timely support, and the lower controlling and execution levels do not have optimum dispatching and coordination, resulting disconnection of the whole manufacturing system in some way.The essay, based on the basic knowledge of operation, manufacturing and information management, gives a description of management frame establishment of manufacturing enterprises in a constructive way. It reveals the integration of the target system of the essay from a macro point of view by describing how to develop and integrate the 3 systems of enterprises. It tries to analyze the existing problems and impacting factors of management information system and manufacturing system integration based on the development situation of manufacturing system of Chinese auto manufacturers and application of management information system in production field. The essay also proposes solutions to the problems, providing a way of thinking on how to improve core competition abilities.With the combination of theories and case study of the new plant design, construction, ERP implementation of BBDC, the essay gives analysis on integrated solution of ERP and management information system as well as automatic production controlling system, which realizes just in time production integration and timely tracking of product planning, management information system, manufacturing execution system, production line, and material pull system. Difficulties and shortcomings happen during work have also been brought up, with my work experience, and with MBA professional theories in university of in business and economics. I present my view with this article,enlightening the readers by proposing suggestions on problem solving. |
