Private Small And Medium-sized Enterprise Financing Lease Problem Research

Although it is newly recognized in China, finance leasing had been wildly applied over world. Thanks to the increasing use of finance leasing in China’s minor enterprises, more and more people believe that finance leasing is a feasible finance way for small businesses. In the other hand, the potential of minor private business financing market is attached more importance by finance leasing companies today. But actually, China’s private minor business is in a wildly lack of stability and standardization. For finance leasing corporations, it will be very hard to evaluate middle and small private businesses’finance risk base on their finance statements, since some of these reports may contain inveracious data. The finance risk evaluation is now become the barrier for finance leasing being applied in China’s small and medium-sized private companies.This dissertation studied H Group Finance Leasing Project to show how finance risks were successfully evaluated for a typical medium private business in China. The systematic solution will be summarized at the end of this thesis.There are7chapters in this study. Chapter1introduced the whole job, and the2nd chapter introduced finance leasing as well as the case. The status of China’s minor businesses and what they can benefit from finance leasing were discussed in chapter3. In chapter4, the risk system was figured out for applying finance leasing in China’s minor private businesses. Chapter5-6is the case study, and at the end, the systematic solution for how to evaluate or avoid finance leasing related risks were discussed. Also, some suggestions were given to minor businesses, finance leasing companies along with governments.
