Research On The Social Responsibility Of The Enterprise Risk Control

With the development of economy, more and more people realize the enterprise in addition tofulfill its economic responsibility, also should undertake the broader legal and ethical responsibility.However, speaking of the enterprise, to respond effectively to corporate social responsibility tostakeholder expects the social responsibility of the enterprise on its own risk depends on theanalysis and evaluation results. The connotation and extension of corporate social responsibilitycontains very extensive, this paper selects the social liability risk one of the important aspects--environmental risk as the focus of analysis.In this paper, based on the enterprise, research on face of corporate stakeholders from theperspective of social responsibility and environmental risk, and make full use of the basic ideas andmethods of risk management, control, set the goal of social responsibility from the sources of risk,social responsibility and environmental risk of the social responsibility of environmental riskassessment, social responsibility and environmental risks deal with (that is, the social responsibilityof the enterprise risk control system) are discussed comprehensively and systematically. We firstlybased on the stakeholder theory defines the environmental and social responsibility and the socialresponsibility of the enterprise environment risk, and under the guidance of risk management theory,put forward the analysis framework of corporate social responsibility in the environmental riskcontrol. Then, in the framework of enterprise overall risk control target, analyzes the risk controltarget of social responsibility and environmental factors from the management level, the level ofreporting and compliance level three. Further, we also from two aspects of internal and externalanalysis on the main social responsibility risks associated with environmental factors. Generallyspeaking, from the enterprise internal risk is enterprise management control, measures must betaken to control effectively avoid or reduce; and from the external risk is not controllable, the riskshould be early to predict, risk precautions. Based on the accurate identification of risk sources, weput forward the general ideas and methods to assess the risks. The possibility of large, wide orinfluence degree of risk as the next focus control. Finally, we try to put forward a set of systematicrisk of corporate social responsibility and control system, including the management system ofenterprise strategic level, daily management activity level of product research and development,procurement management, production control, sales management, waste disposal and other aspectsof the control of environmental risk, and puts forward suggestions on several aspects ofenvironmental emergencies processing etc..This paper is not to environmental risk of the social responsibility of the establishment of riskcontrol system independent, but the existing risk control mechanism into the enterprise, and strivesto be the social responsibility of the enterprise environment to reduce the risk to an acceptable levelof enterprises.
