With the recent food safety incidents in China frequently exposed, some well-known food companies mired the incidents which makes the consumers had to worry about the issue safety of food in China, and caused a crisis of confidence of the consumer to the food companies. On this background, government, businesses and consumers are increasingly call for enterprises to fulfill the Corporate Social Responsibility. Widespread recognition of the international community and enterprise stakeholders promote enterprises fulfill the corporate social responsibility from simply input to the public service activities to enhance the company’s competitive advantages, and promote the sustainable development of enterprises. Resulting the corporate social responsibility competitiveness of the article defines, and that is the ability of enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility as to the competitiveness of corporate social responsibility. However, in the case of lack of the development of corporate social responsibility, how to establish a feasible method to enhance and manage the corporate social responsibility of food competitiveness, and promote the sustainable development of food enterprises is become the urgent need to solve problem of China. This paper argues that the building of the evaluation index system of food corporate social responsibility competitiveness can effectively evaluate the situation of food corporate social responsibility and become the social responsibility into the competitiveness of enterprises.Firstly, the paper has combed the literature of the corporate social responsibility and the enterprises competitiveness of home and abroad, and understand the corporate social responsibility controversial, the formation mechanism of the corporate social responsibility and the relationship of the corporate social responsibility and the corporate competitiveness. It also defined the research concepts, analyzed the influential factors and analysis framework of competitiveness of corporate social responsibility, and analyzed the index system of corporate social responsibility at home and abroad, and laid the foundation to build the food corporate social responsibility competitiveness evaluation index system. Secondly, it analyzed the current situation that China’s food enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility, and research the existing food corporate social responsibility standards and the performance about the lack of social responsibility of China’s food enterprises and discuss the reason of the lack of social responsibility of China’s food enterprises. Thirdly, it analyzed the implementation mechanism of the Corporate Social Responsibility competitive, build the food corporate social responsibility competitiveness Index System on the basis of these studies, and applied the expert screening method in the selection of indicators. and used the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weights of the index system,(?), the paper research the case study of Yili Group, evaluated its social responsibility competitiveness, and give some suggestion to Yili Group for its Fulfillment of social responsibility...
